Our client is an award-winning premium drinks business. In this pivotal e-commerce role, you will deliver an exceptional, seamless, and engaging customer journey from browsing to post-purchase support, utilizing tools like Shopify and Klaviyo. Collaborating closely with sales, marketing, design, development, and operations teams, you will craft a winning consumer proposition that elevates the portfolio and business from its competitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the webshop, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfilment, ensuring a smooth and efficient online experience.
- Create engaging content such as product descriptions, blog posts, and social media updates to support commercial objectives and boost engagement across digital channels.
- Optimize web content for search engines to enhance visibility and traffic, collaborating with the Digital Marketing Manager for effective content distribution.
- Analyze data to derive insights that drive growth; evaluate promotions and activities to provide data-led recommendations for continuous improvement of the webshop experience.
- Manage a comprehensive promotional and editorial calendar in collaboration with Marketing and Digital teams, ensuring timely content delivery for key consumer and trade occasions.
- Ensure brand consistency and legal compliance across all digital dimensions.
About You
You will have honed your e-commerce and content management skills in a branded, e-commerce focused environment. Your deep understanding of the competitive online retail sector allows you to deliver best-in-class digitally based retail activation.
Your skills include:
- Proven technical experience managing a website and an e-commerce store using Shopify (Plus).
- Solid experience in content management across all digital channels.
- Strong understanding of Klaviyo’s customer engagement tools.
- Excellent analytical skills for data interpretation and informed decision-making.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and online advertising.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Knowledge of e-commerce best practices and trends.
